♪ Today I’m going to share with you a dish that I particularly like from the Northeast ❗ The vegetables absorb the essence of the broth, and it’s delicious.

1️⃣ Wash the bones and put them in a pan of cold water on high heat, rinse the foaming and put 1 tbsp of wine, cook for 5 minutes, then remove from the heat and reserve.
2️⃣Potatoes and bebel melons cut into pieces, beans broken up, corn switch and reserve. 3️⃣Heat 50 percent oil in a hot pan, add rock sugar and stir fry for amber color, then add pepper, star anise, cinnamon and dried chili pepper and stir fry for fragrance, add onion and ginger. 4️⃣ Add 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce, 3 tbsp of light soy sauce, 1 tbsp of wine, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, stir fry until the bones are colored, then add boiling water (more). Pour in some) and simmer over medium heat. At this point pour the prepared vegetables into the pan with the oil and saute over low heat until the bones are cooked eight minutes, and when the bones are done simmering, pour the sauce into the vegetable pan. The sauce is just level with the vegetables, add some salt and cover with a lid and continue to simmer over medium heat, the potatoes are soft and ready to go, about 20 minutes.
5️⃣Then add the stewed bones to the stewed vegetables, reduce the sauce over high heat, and eat beautifully.
