How to make nougat (marshmallow version)

Toast the nuts in the oven at 160 degrees for 5 minutes to get a fruity aroma.
Put the butter in a pan and cook on low heat until melted (the pan must be non-stick ^_^)
Toss in the marshmallows so that the marshmallows and butter mix well
Stir in the milk powder and mix well, then turn off the heat and stir a few times.
Add the toasted dried nuts and mix again
Let the dried fruit evenly distributed, mixed into a ball. If the room temperature is low and solidification is fast, turn on the heat to soften slightly
Place the ingredients on a sheet of parchment paper and press into a 1.5 cm thick square; let cool and refrigerate for 20 minutes. (It’s easier in the mold, and the thickness can be adjusted to your liking)
Take it out of the freezer and cut up the uneven sides to make it look better (or don’t cut if you don’t mind the look)
Then cut it to the size and shape you like.
Prepare sticky rice paper to wrap the chopped sugar (the sticky rice paper is to prevent the sugar from getting wet and sticking together)
As shown in the picture, there are bags, put the bagged sugar in the bag to seal, clean and hygienic It looks better to give it away or eat it yourself.
