Autumn tonics, girls’ soups, and all kinds of nourishment and health can be eaten up. Today I’m going to share an easy, tasty and inexpensive one – the Silver Fungus Peach Gelatin Soup.
white fungus (Tremella fuciformis)
red date and wolfberry
How to make nourishing silver fungus and peach gelatin soup
Prepare ingredients. Soak silver fungus, blood swallows and soap and peach gum in separate bowls. Soaking the silver fungus for about 30 minutes is fine. The blood swallow and soaphorn and peach gum need to soak for at least 4 hours.
Handle the roots of the silver fungus. Cut off the yellow part and leave it on.
Tear the silver fungus into small pieces and put them in the crockpot.
Put all the ingredients in after soaking. The peach gum itself will have some black dirt that needs to be cleaned off.
The water is about 9 parts full.
Direct essence stew.
When it’s almost ready, add the rock sugar, dates and goji berries. I stewed it in the evening and ate it the next day, after the stewing and overnight soaking, it became very thick.
For breakfast in the morning.
2, I bought the bag of peach gum soap blood swallows. The recipe is for two bags.
