How to make [Curried Potato Ribs], a favorite of novice chefs
Sliced ginger, garlic and other ingredients
Potatoes and carrots, chopped
Soak and wash the potatoes in water
Put the ribs in cold water and heat to blanch (put in ginger to remove the smell), remove the blood foam, remove from the water and set aside
Stir fry the potatoes over high heat to get the aroma from them.
Ginger and garlic, sautéed over low heat (you can add cinnamon and star anise, depending on your taste)
Add the ribs and stir-fry until the ribs release the oil.
Add water and cook over high heat (15 minutes)

Other toppings, such as icing sugar, can be added to suit your taste
Add water and cook on high for 20 minutes or until mushy.
Taste the soup for saltiness and add salt to your taste.
