How to make nutritious and delicious flower burger buns
Prepare the bread ingredients.
Pour all the ingredients except the butter and water into the chef’s machine in turn.
Finally, pour in the flour and yeast.
Slowly add water and mix well, then start the chef machine and knead until smooth. The water absorption of each brand of flour is different, so you should add or subtract water according to the degree of water absorption of your own flour.
Add softened butter and continue to knead until a thin film can be pulled out.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and ferment.
Ferment until doubled in size, remove from the oven and let rise.
Divide the dough into six small rounds.
Place the dough into an 8-inch mold for the second fermentation.
Ferment until the dough is 89% full.
Brush the surface with egg wash and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes on the lower middle shelf. (Depends on your oven temperature)
Cover with tin foil after observing the surface color in the middle.
Take off the mold and put it on the cooling net to cool. A beautiful flower bread without filling is also delicious!
Start preparing the stuffing part.
Marinate slices of beef with salt, sugar and light soy sauce and steam in a pan of boiling water for about 5 minutes until just cooked. You can also fry it in a non-stick pan.
Wash the lettuce leaves and reserve them for later use.
Wash and slice the tomatoes.
Use a knife to cut a wide slit into each loaf, you can cut a little deeper.
Put the lettuce leaves in first.
Place the beef and tomatoes in the lettuce leaves in turn.
Squeeze the salad dressing on top. (If the lettuce leaves are too long, cut off the front and back of the leaf to make it look neater).
The beautiful flower burger bun is done. (If you can’t finish it all at once, you can eat as many flower patties as you want)
