Buy this large fleshy thick red chili peppers wash and remove the stems and seeds to control the dryness and reserve.
Prepare and clean the garlic chutney, apples, pears, ginger and garlic.
Add sugar and white vinegar.
Puree the chillies in a blender.
Grate the ginger, garlic, pears and apples. It doesn’t have to be too finely chopped.
Pour into a pan without oil, add the sugar and stir.
Pour in the garlic chili sauce and simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Simmer for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat. Allow to cool naturally and store in a jar!
