condense milk (by evaporation)
How to Make Oolong Tea with Osmanthus Flowers
Place the tea leaves and cinnamon in a tea bag.
Tip: It’s okay if you don’t have a tea bag, just strain the tea leaves and osmanthus flowers through a fine sieve in step 4.
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the tea bags and simmer for a while until the flavors of the tea leaves and osmanthus flowers are fully released.
Pour in the milk, stir in the condensed milk and continue to simmer for about 8 minutes.
Tip: Cook on the lowest heat, stirring from time to time, trying not to let the milk tea boil, and also to avoid a paste.
Strain out the tea bags, pour into a cup and sprinkle with a little dried cinnamon to decorate.
Tip: If you like to have a taste, you can cook some pearls or small taro balls in the bottom of the cup in advance.
