Orléans Wing Marinade
Orleans Chicken Thigh Sandwich (breakfast during the fat loss period)
Chicken thighs Boneless, marinated (one spoonful of wine, one spoonful of light soy sauce, one spoonful of Orleans BBQ wing marinade) for 30 minutes!
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Toast the slices of bread in a toaster oven and fry an egg without oil.
Spread bread slices with mashed potatoes, followed by lettuce, toasted chicken thighs, sliced cheese, fried egg, another slice of bread with mashed potatoes to cover, and wrap in plastic wrap.
Sandwiches cut down the middle and tossed with a blueberry cereal yogurt… a very satisfying breakfast!
