How to make chicken rice with osmanthus flowers
Thaw chicken head rice, wash twice and reserve.
Add cold water to the pan and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the chicken head rice, bring to a boil again, and cook for 30 seconds off the heat. (Add as much water as you need, not less than the chicken head rice.)
Add the cinnamon sauce or sugar cinnamon and the cinnamon chicken head rice is ready.
