Oven fries/non-fried/less oil and salt, healthy and delicious The way
Boil the potatoes and mash them with your favorite tool (I used a rolling pin here)
Add salt to suit your taste and mix well
Stir well and add the starch, adding small amounts as many times as you like, not all at once. Stir in the starch and then add the starch
Add until the starch can be easily kneaded and cut into strips like this and you’re good to go! Then brush on the oil.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 25 to 30 minutes! (My oven has fewer temperature options.)
Baked until golden brown, crispy and delicious, if you find the taste bland, sprinkle salt on the surface, or eat with tomato sauce.
