The oven version of grilled lamb chops
Soak lamb chops in cold water to remove blood 2 hours, change water twice in the middle.
Kitchen paper to absorb the moisture
Oyster sauce, wine, black pepper, stir and rub on the lamb chops.
Wrap the lamb chops in tin foil and refrigerate for three to five hours to marinate.
Preheat oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Put the lamb chops in the oven, wrapped in tin foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
Take the lamb chops, remove the foil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and cumin, and drain the juices on kitchen paper.
Top and bottom at 220 degrees for 15 minutes, with a flip in the middle.

I buy my lamb chops fat and lean, and I don’t need cooking oil.
It’s usually wrapped in tin foil and marinated in the fridge for half a day, very tasty, very good.
If you don’t have time to marinate, you can just put it in the oven, and it’ll come out delicious with black pepper sauce.
