How to make the oven version of Chinese wings
Prepare and clean the center wing.
Use kitchen paper towels to absorb the moisture from the wings
Wear gloves and pour directly into the Orleans marinade (I like the honey sauce flavor)
Rub each center wing evenly.
Wrap in plastic wrap and marinate for 3 hours.
Put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
Bake for another 10 minutes, sprinkle white sesame seeds.
