Soy sauce or dark soy sauce
Pan-fried Balsa in 5 minutes.
Slice the balsa fish, each piece is just the right size.
Mince the garlic into small pieces.
Heat a little salad oil in an electric baking dish.
You don’t have to wait for the oil to heat up, you can just add the fish fillets and wait for the oil to get spicy. After the oil is spicy, fry the fish for 2 minutes on each side.
When the fillets are cooked on one side, flip them over and fry the other side.
The black pepper is ready.
Pour in a little soy sauce or dark soy sauce, sprinkle in black pepper and stir-fry moderately (too much stir-frying will break the fish).
Add the chopped onion and garlic and stir-fry just before the pan is heated through.
Remove from the heat, serve and eat!
