1⃣️ Cut the chicken breast into evenly sized strips, add 1 tbsp light soy sauce + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + a pinch of salt + a pinch of black pepper + 1 tbsp starch, scratch well and marinate for 15 minutes.
2⃣️Pour the breadcrumbs into a bowl and put a strip of meat wrapped in the breadcrumbs into the bowl for later use.
