How to make pan-fried chicken thighs
Bone-in chicken thighs (I bought boneless chicken thighs), minced garlic.
Add garlic, sugar, white pepper, soy sauce and starch and massage for 5 minutes.
Add oyster sauce and wine, massage for 5 minutes, then leave for half an hour to taste.
Fry the chicken thighs in a frying pan over medium-low heat, turning them over. (Brush with additional honey if you have it)
Cut the meat into small pieces with scissors and fry.
Serve and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
