How to make peeled shrimps/seaweed
Wash fresh peeled prawns.
Put a few slices of ginger in the fresh water and bring it to boil.
While the water is boiling you can start chopping garlic.
If you like it spicy, you can chop a small chili pepper.
Once the water is boiling, put the peeled shrimp back in and reboil.
Boil for 3 minutes and remove from the heat.
When the oil is hot, add the garlic and chillies, add the soy sauce and oil, stir and serve for 1 minute.
The sauce is ready! Peeled prawns, eaten straight from the skin – fresh! Dip it in – fragrant!
