Personal version of pork and leek stuffed dumplings
Prepare two pounds of stuffed pork (which has been minced with ginger)
Add the chopped leeks, an egg and some salt.
Two and a half pounds of dumpling skin from the market.

The dumplings can be learnt separately, or you can wrap them any way you want, but I don’t like them, so I don’t have a tutorial.
It’s all wrapped up.
