How to Make Lasagna Crust
Get these raw materials ready.
Combine all the eggs, milk and sugar in a container.
Sift in the low gluten flour
Mix well and sift twice
Heat the butter and pour it into the batter
Scrape the bottom of the pan.
Low temperature soldering on low heat
If it bubbles in the middle, it’s cooked. Don’t burn it too long because it’s thin.
And when you’re done, stack them on top of each other on a plate.
If it feels thick, pour off the excess batter from the pan.
Turn the pan with half a spoon and you have a wafer.
