How to make pineapple sweet and sour pork
Prepare the ingredients and seasonings, depending on the measurements.
Marinate the meat: cut the lean meat into slices of the right size, add 1/5, a dash of pepper and a spoonful of wine, mix well and let half the meat sit. Scratch the eggs together and finally add two tablespoons of starch and scrunch together for later.
Marinate the pork for 5 minutes. 1/4 of the pineapple cut into small pieces and set aside.
Sweet and sour sauce: 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1/2 tbsp starch, 4 tbsp water, mix well.
Heat the oil in a pan for the first fry, three minutes on medium heat.
After three minutes, remove from heat and let the oil heat up again for about a minute.
When the oil temperature rises, put the meat into the slices for a second re-frying, the time for a minute to remove.
After the second re-fried, the meat is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, the color also looks a lot better.
A little oil in the pan, put in before the transfer of a good sweet and sour sauce, stir-frying bubbles in low heat
Once blistered, add the fried meat and quickly fry together, coating each piece with the sauce (medium heat).
Finally, add the pineapple chunks, toss them together and serve.
It’s a great way to make a meal.
