How to make a pizza crust
Pour all the flour into the machine and knead until smooth, put in butter, knead until film comes out, cover with plastic wrap and ferment twice as big, take out, drain and shape, rub small holes on the pastry, freeze well, take out and defrost when you want to eat.
You can also take it out of the oven at 190 degrees for 5 minutes, put it in the freezer, and it’ll come out halfway decent.
It’s prettier than the one I bought.
Top with whatever you want, brush with homemade pizza sauce, or tomato sauce if you don’t have it, then mozzarella, then your favorite vegetables and toppings, shake with black pepper, top with extra mozzarella, preheat oven to 200 degrees for 20 minutes!
Mozzarella has the best draw.
