How to make pizza quiche
Flour and glutinous rice flour mixed with water and salt to make a paste
Beat the eggs and set aside.
Preheat the electric baking pan and sprinkle with a layer of oil. Pour in the batter and spread evenly. When the pastry is almost set, pour in the egg and immediately sprinkle the vegetables and meat.
Heat for two minutes and then sprinkle with mozzarella crumbles.
Fry until the bottom is slightly crispy, cut out of the pan and eat. Serve while it’s hot.
