How to make the pork loaf toaster version
500g of tenderloin
Dice along the grain of the meat and place in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
Chuck the meat out and let it cool for a while before putting it in a Ziploc bag.
Use a rolling pin to shred the meat, or tear it by hand.
Pour into toaster and set to meatloaf/dessert mode
I chose the jam mode and will check back in an hour to see the results.
It was a little damp, so I turned on the second jam mode.
Here comes the pork floss! This is the first time I’ve been to the hospital.
