How to make stew with ribs and potatoes and beans
Put the ribs in a pan of cold water to remove the blood foam, and when the water boils, remove the ribs for use.
Prepare the beans and potatoes, and cut the potatoes into pieces.
Prepare the chilly spices, onion, ginger, chili and pepper.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the spices.
Add the ribs to the pan, stir-fry them, add the soy sauce, light soy sauce and a little wine, then add the end of the water over the ribs.
Stir-fry the prepared beans and potatoes in the oil, then add them to the pot of ribs that has been simmering for 10 minutes, cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes, then reduce the sauce on high heat.
