How to make pork feet with mushrooms and soy beans + lo mein noodles
Wash the mushrooms and soybeans and soak them in warm water. Reserve the mushroom water. Remove hair from pig’s feet and soak in cold water for 2-3 hours to remove blood, changing the water once in between.
