How to Make Potato Pie
Steam the potatoes and crush them into a puree, add the grated carrots.
Add the green onions.
Add the ham.
Add the flour and salt and mix well.
Roll into small balls and press gently to form a cake, without water.
Gently fry on low heat until golden brown on both sides, sprinkle with a little black pepper and you won’t be able to stop! Remember to drink lots of water after eating!
