How to Make Shrimp Congee in Casserole
First fry the shrimp heads in the shrimp oil, remove the heads and throw them away.
Pour rice, water, spare ribs and scallops into the shrimp oil and mix it with a blender for 2 seconds.
Add the shrimps and salt when cooked.
Remove from the pan and sprinkle with pepper and coriander.
Sweet shrimp porridge with scallops is my favorite.
