How to make prawns in a typhoon shelter
Clean the peeled shrimp and brush them with oil by spreading them out on a baking sheet.
Preheat the Onyx range oven to 220 degrees and bake the prawns for 10 minutes.
Prepare the breadcrumbs while the shrimp are grilling: sauté the breadcrumbs to dry and reserve.
Stir-fry the shrimp skin, black beans, chopped onion, minced garlic and crispy shallots in a pan with oil; add some chili oil.
Add the breadcrumbs, shrimp and garlic powder and stir-fry well, add one or two drops of sesame oil to taste, and the sauce is ready.
Sprinkle the grilled peeled shrimp with pepperoni.
Finally, stir-fry it with the ingredients of Typhoon Shelter.
