How to Make Prawns with Spicy Sauce
Clean the live prawns and fry them in a frying pan with oil and a little black pepper.
Then place them neatly in a buckle.
Marinate the prawns with Baoding’s marinade, then add wine, chicken powder, pepper, sugar, white pepper and soak them in the sauce.
Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours and then it is ready to be served, especially if the yellow shrimp heads are fresh and the eyebrows fall off.
The rest of the marinade can also be used to marinate a plate of soy beans and chicken wings.
