How to make pepperoni prawns
It is especially suitable for marinades or cold dishes. No preservatives, all ingredients are from familiar ingredients, tasty and salty, and safe. Tate’s Original Chicken Seasoning continues the concept of the Original Flavor series, which is completely different from the traditional MSG and chicken flavors. It is also made from natural ingredients, which preserves the natural freshness of the food and enhances its taste, but also more natural and healthy.
First of all, wash the prawns with water.
Insert a toothpick into the middle of the second/third section of the prawn shell to pick out the shrimp thread.
Cut off the prawn spears with shrimp scissors and cut the back of the prawns for marinating.
Marinate: add 1.5 tbsp of cooking wine, 1 tbsp of light soy sauce, 1 pinch of white pepper, 3-4 slices of ginger, 1 tbsp of fresh soy sauce. A little of the original fresh chicken seasoning, as the chicken seasoning itself also contains salt and sugar, so there is little need to add extra savory seasoning. If you have a heavy mouth, you can also add salt and sugar, and finally add 1 teaspoon of oil and catch it well. The chicken seasoning dissolves easily and melts slowly during the process of marinating. Marinate the prawns for 15-20 minutes.
Finely chop the thin-skinned green pepper and the remaining onion, ginger and garlic. If you have a food processor, you can also chop the prawns directly into granules to save time.
Control the excess water in the marinated prawns, add 2 teaspoons of starch and mix well.
Pan fry the starchy prawns in a wide pan of oil until charred on both sides.
Pour the oil into the pan and stir-fry the onion, ginger and garlic over low heat until fragrant.
Add the green pepper and stir-fry quickly.
Add the prawns and stir-fry, then add 1 teaspoon of pepper salt and a little Mrs. Joy’s Original Chicken Seasoning, stir-fry evenly.
Serve. According to normal taste, there is no need to add extra salt and sugar, the seasoning of chicken and prawns will make the prawns tasty. It is more refreshing and tasty.
