Put the water, yeast, oil, sugar and salt into a saucepan, 37 degrees, speed 1-3 increase, 1 minute (if you don’t have a small beauty, just use 35 degrees or so of warm water, mix the above ingredients well) to judge the temperature of the water as long as it is not cold or hot.
Then add the flour, in increments of 1-6, for 30 seconds. (Stir with chopsticks to form a wisp, or chef’s machine on low speed until dry-flour free.)
Komei kneading mode for 2 minutes (hand knead or chef’s machine bread machine just until the dough is smooth)
Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes after shaping.
While the dough is rising, adjust the shortening and mix the ingredients together
Once it’s dry, add a little oil and bring it up to picture size.
Roll into long strips and cut into 50g doses
Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and brush it with shortening.

Press the tip down to make a thicker pie.
Electric pancake stall/frying pan/multi-purpose skillet/etc., as long as it’s ready to fry, preheated on medium-low heat
Prepare a bowl of water and sesame seeds (this step can be skipped)
When the dough is drenched in water, stick some sesame seeds in it.
With sesame seeds facing down, spray with a little water or pour a little water over them, cover and fry over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, then flip over and continue frying for another 10 minutes.
It’s done. Make a nice plate.
Charmingly layered, it can be used as a snack or as a marinated meat dish.
