Shallots (ginger, garlic)
The recipe for the universal egg sauce (everyday cooking for studying abroad).
Pick three very nice looking eggs Capture a green pepper.
Cut the green pepper into small pieces and break the egg (I always thought that adding some ginger would take the fishy out of it so I have some ginger in the egg mixture)
Put oil in the pot, there are onions put onion ginger put ginger garlic put garlic, all depending on the mood, chilly pan after pouring the egg mixture into the pan to fry broken, then put oil and onion or ginger or garlic fried green pepper diced, to green pepper skin becomes wrinkled.
Put the eggs and peppers together and stir fry, then add about 3 tablespoons of soybean paste, a spoonful of oil and water, water over ingredients.
