How to make pumpkin bread
Steam the pumpkin and puree it in a food processor.
Sieve 300g of flour and 4g of yeast into the pumpkin puree and mix into a dough.
Knead the dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.
Roll the fermented dough into long strips, then cut it three times.
Put the dough into the baking pan and rest for 10 minutes for the second fermentation.
Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, place the bread in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes, then slice into slices and eat.
