It’s my favorite consistency.
Pumpkin (raw weight)
|250g 300g (without fungus)|
white fungus (Tremella fuciformis)
|Soybean milk maker minimum water line|
Pumpkin & Taro & Date Soup
Taro (Lippo Taro)
Pumpkin How to make a thick soup with silver fungus (taro) and dates (soy milk machine version)
Pumpkin Cut it into small pieces.
Soak the white fungus a few hours in advance and cut it up.
Put all the ingredients into the soymilk maker, add water to the lowest water level line, double the soymilk button or rice milk button.
No sugar added, little Bonsai loves it (you can add extra milk powder)
The pumpkin seeds didn’t go to waste either, they were fried and the little bonsai loved them too!
Add pumpkin taro and date soup, pumpkin 250 grams, Lippo taro 50 grams, 3 dates, minimum water line, consistency just right, the little potty likes it too!
Without the fungus, the pumpkin would use 300 grams.
Add pumpkin taro and date soup, in the proportion of the recipe, just the right consistency
