How to make sweet rice dumplings and sweet wine eggs
Just use frozen dumplings from the supermarket.
I used homemade dessert wine.
If you don’t have it, you can choose Xiaogan rice wine from the supermarket.
Beat the eggs.
Add sugar and goji berries to taste
Boil water in a saucepan and add the dumplings
In another pot of boiling water, pour in the liqueur and sugar.
When the sweet wine comes to a boil, add the goji berries and the beaten eggs, stirring at the same time, and serve in a little while.
When the dumplings are floating in the water, remove them and add them to the sweet wine and egg soup.
If you have time, you can use water ground glutinous rice flour with sugar and water
