How to Make Sweet Potato Glutinous Rice Puff Pastry
First peel the purple potatoes. Slice thinly and steam in a pan for 15 minutes. Slice as thinly as possible. Well cooked. Then pound into a puree. Allow to cool slightly lukewarm, not too hot. Put in the flour. Glutinous rice flour. (I forgot to take pictures of this step. Sorry.)
Then add the little bit of sugar mentioned above. A little bit of baking soda. And 3g of yeast powder. And a little bit of oil (the oil is so that it doesn’t stick to your hands during the mixing process).
Then add the kind of warm water about 40 degrees as mentioned above. Add less. Add more often. In case the dough is too thin.
Finally knead the dough into a smooth dough like the above↑.
Cover the surface of the bowl with a layer of plastic wrap. Ferment at room temperature until twice the size. This will only take about 1_2 hours-.
And then we’ll do the stuffing at this point. The bean paste I got from the fridge. Very well formed. Form 6 round balls – reserve.
In the meantime… Boil water. Boil the water for the dumplings (small dumplings). The dumplings are cooked when they float on the water. Pull out and reserve.
Two hours pass. See – the little dough swells up. Take it out and put it on the table to knead well. Drain it. When you’re tired, divide it into nine little balls. It’s a nice colour, isn’t it
See. All set – now we start making the little pies.
Make a little puddle out of the pie biscuit (dialect.) Thank you for understanding. If you don’t understand, just look at the picture. Haha)
Put the bean paste filling in. Squeeze – squeeze up around it. Organize into round shapes. Then flatten with your hands. Sure. You want to roll it with a rolling pin – I’m lazy, aren’t I
(Ditto for the Lantern filling.)
When the biscuits are done, look at the picture below.
Come on – guess which one is the stuffing.
At this point prepare a little water. Just cool it. Take out the white sesame seeds. Brush the surface of the biscuit biscuit with a layer of water. Put the white sesame seeds in there. Press it with your hand. Otherwise, all the sesame seeds will fall off during the baking process. Covered with plastic wrap after the second time to rise for 15 minutes.

The bean paste filling is good – not greasy. Sticky and sweet – the key purple potato flavor is very, very fragrant-.
