Ingredients：Peeled purple potatoes 45g, plain flour 30g, water 45g, dried white fungus 5g, raisins 6g
Soak the dried silver fungus in water.
Diced Purple Potatoes
Wash the soaked silver fungus and add 1 litre of water to the pan
Place a drawer on top of the pan, add the diced purple potatoes and steam them together.
Steam the yam until it can be lightly crushed with a spoon.
Take out the steamed purple potatoes and continue to simmer until the silver fungus comes out gelatinous, about 25 minutes.
Steamed purple potatoes are pressed with a spoon while hot to form a purple potato mash.
Pour 45g of water into the mashed purple potatoes, add 30g of plain flour and mix well.

When the fungus is simmering until gelatinous, sieve the yam flour with a spoon, it will drip out the yam flour, turn on medium heat, continue to boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
