Marinate the shrimp with a little salt, pepper, oyster sauce and starch for 10 minutes, beat the egg and slice the mushrooms.
Boil the mushrooms and Shanghai green with boiling water for a while. Boil the soymilk, put the rice noodles in a large spoon with a fine mesh and let it boil for 2 minutes.
Add shrimp, Shanghai green, mushrooms, stir-fry evenly, then add rice noodles, soy sauce, salt and sugar, stir-fry evenly.
If you find it too dry, you can add more soymilk to cook the rice noodles, I prefer the taste of the soup, it’s more tasty if it’s full of soymilk soup.

❖ Be sure to use Hing Wah Rice Noodles Oh, other powder is not the flavor! At first, I thought that this rice noodle was not as soft and tasty as Sichuan Nanchong’s or Mianyang’s, but I tasted it, especially when it was full. A tangy soy milk, with peanuts and pickles, just perfect, just like dressing, and the ingredients are so important!
