How to make chicken wings with quail egg marinade
Cooked quail eggs (you can leave them out if you don’t have any, or use eggs instead)
Ginger slices, garlic base
Fry the chicken wings in a non-stick skillet without oil.
Add all the seasonings except salt to the pan.
Add water, almost less than the chicken wings.
Bring to a boil over high heat, skim off any foam, cover and reduce heat to low for about 15 minutes.
Add the quail eggs and cook for another 10 minutes or so.
Reduce the juices over high heat, and add some veggies at this step so the pot is done, complete with vegetables and meat!
Season to taste with salt and finish! The sauce can be mixed with rice!
