Quick and easy dinner for office workers – How to make sausage with garlic stir-fry
The usual, ingredients for a family photo
Peel and cut the ginger into small strips-
Chopped sausage, super large and super rich in meat, tastes okay. This is frozen sausage, straight from the freezer, use it the same as frozen meat, and don’t worry about the fishy smell, it’s equivalent to directly processed meat! Meat, if you want to buy it, send me a message. – Hehehe-
Carrots cut into pieces-
Cut the garlic into small pieces-.
Heat oil in a pan, add a little thirteen spice –
Add the ginger, large pieces of meat sausage and stir-fry until the sausage is hot from the inside out, turning the oil shiny and fragrant.
Add the carrots and sauté together until the carrots are lightly browned on top –
Pour in the garlic and stir-fry-
Seasoning: 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt – 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp salt.
Sauté until the garlic is lightly softened.
