Mixed vegetables (optional, not too much water)

Easy and Quick to Make Toast
Certain vegetables that can’t be eaten raw or don’t taste good raw and I’m afraid of the short time it takes to cook them, I’ll stir-fry them in the pan first (about a minute), I used today: yellow peppers, beans, seared mushrooms
I was cooking the night before and already had by the way what I needed for breakfast the next day, which was to wash and granulate the mixed vegetables the night before and put them in a sealed box that I could use right away the next day!
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. First, put the mixed vegetables on the toast and form a circle, then beat the egg in the middle of the mixed vegetables and spread the cheese on top of the vegetables (the cheese will not only add flavor, but also keep the vegetables together when melted, so they won’t fall all over the place -) 180 degrees Celsius 15 minutes, 165 degrees Celsius 5 minutes … (I want to make sure the egg won’t be overcooked or too old), then you can take them out and eat them.
Vegetables too, whatever you like – not too much water, like broccoli, green peppers, yellow peppers, red peppers, snap peas, corn …, a little bit of tomato, etc. …… whatever you like …….
