Quick and nutritious breakfast recipe for celery leaf omelet
Jerk a handful of whole celery into a bowl, strain and chop! I did this step the night before and then sealed it in the fridge to keep it in the morning, time was short!
Cut the frothy kind, remember not to half crumble ha, don’t want to eat up the jerky words, haha!
Stir the two eggs into the egg mixture, add a small spoonful of salt to taste and a spoonful of sugar to refresh, (here the seasoning is not too much to ask, you can also put a little more salt if you want to eat salty) and then add the right amount of flour to the celery crumbs into it, quickly stir, into a paste on it!
Pour oil into the pan and then pour the whole bowl into it, take the pan up and turn it around, the top of the egg white will solidify along the sides, see the middle almost solidified and then turn it over, if the middle is thick, then turn it over and use a spatula to press the middle part properly, completely solidify and then turn it over again a while, almost ready to cook!
It’s best not to put too much sugar in the celery pie, don’t try to add ketchup, it’s positioned to be slightly salty, and according to many experiments, sweet tortillas are better made, next time I’ll share the how-to!
