How to make a quick fat loss meal (oven)
Marinate chicken breasts in diced pieces (with oyster sauce, black pepper and cornstarch) a day in advance. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees while you prepare the vegetables.
Slice the apricot mushrooms, cut the cauliflower into small pieces and cut the pumpkin into cubes.
Put the sliced cauliflower and oyster mushrooms in a Ziploc bag, add the oil (olive oil or grapeseed oil is recommended for reduced fat), black pepper and paprika and shake well.
Put the squash on the side without any seasoning, the chicken breast and apricot mushrooms in the middle, and the vegetables. Easy to cook on the side. Put it in the oven at 230 degrees for about 25 minutes and it’s ok.
