Quick and nutritious stir-fry noodle recipe
Vegetable scallions chopped and ready to use
Boil the water for the noodles
When the noodles are done, remove them from the water and soak them in cold water to prevent them from sticking together (don’t overcook the noodles, they’ll be too soft and come out as a pancake). (Don’t ask me how I know haha)
Add the onion and sauté a few times, then add the carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, spinach, and stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked. Stir-fry the vegetables until cooked, then add the noodles and stir-fry for a few seconds. Add the chicken and green onions and stir-fry. Turn off the heat.
Serve, sprinkle with a little black sesame and green onion, and enjoy, okay I’m bragging ✨ I think it’s even better than the ones you get outside. Ha-ha-ha.
