Quick Soup: How to make coriander tofu and crab loin soup
Diced tofu, crab loin and mushrooms. (There was some ham meat left in the house, also diced, along with it)
Cut small pieces of coriander.
Slice 3-4 slices of ginger.
Stir-fry the mushrooms first to remove the mushroom flavor.
Put the ginger slices in the water and bring to a boil, then add the tofu (if you have ham or other meat, put it in the pan with the tofu).
Cook on high heat for about 3 minutes, then add the crab fillets, then add the chicken stock, then you can turn down the heat to adjust the water for the water chestnut flour (if you don’t have any chicken stock, add the salt at the end).
This soup needs to be thick and tasty, so don’t use too much water for the water chestnuts.
If it’s not thick enough, open a little more and add more until it’s right.
Then, add the egg to the spoon as well, stirring as you go.
Finally, add the coriander (if you don’t have any chicken stock particles, add salt to taste at this point) and you’re done!
