Quick version of the lazy man’s breakfast: cheese and ham croutons The recipe
Prepare the ingredients first: ➀ Ham sausage cut into dice (I buy the Double Exchange for $5 a piece, according to the type of brand you like, chicken) (A slice of toast with fish sausage will work too) Feel free to rip it into small pieces for later use Two eggs stirred into the liquid (add a small spoonful of starch, a spoonful of sugar, and half a spoonful of salt and stir together ➕ starch) (It’s so that the base of the quiche is firm and the texture is still fluffy)
This is the kind of cheese I use, buy it according to the taste you like.
Put a little oil in the pan, fry the ham hock for a bit, then put the bread down to warm it up (I didn’t buy a bread machine when I lived in Macau, and (Love baked bottom bread, it’s all so hot and crispy in the pan) and then serve it.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and then pour the bread cubes and hamachi on top of the egg mixture (this will prevent the hamachi bread cubes from burning and the egg mixture from sticking to the hamachi bread cubes, so you don’t have to worry about the egg mixture falling apart when you serve it).
Just plate it up at the end, and I sprinkled some peach grains on top (because I bought three peach and forgot to eat them) It’s kind of like a quiche texture, yummy
I did make another one for my roommate Hehehe ✌️
