Salt Baked Chicken Powder

Corn oil or other vegetable oil
A quick version of salt-baked chicken
I bought 1 packet of salt baked chicken ingredients, but didn’t go all the way down, about three quarters of the way down.
Put the sliced ginger and green onions in a rice cooker with a little oil. I happen to only have corn oil in my house, but other oils are fine.
Wash and dry the chicken, then rub the ingredients evenly over the skin, rubbing it a few times with your hands to give it a good massage and to help it taste better.
Leave the chicken to marinate for 15-20 minutes, then you can put it in the rice cooker, press the cook button, and start cooking!
After the first cook, open the lid, give the chicken a flip, and just cook it again!
Cooked chicken, either cut or hand torn! Very soft and salty!
If you like it spicy, you can also add some pepper, pepper powder and chili noodles. The chicken will be baked in the oven with the salt on the skin and inner belly.
