How to make a quick mini apple pie
Place the ingredients for the pie crust in a mixer and mix well, then remove and knead the dough (using the mixer first saves a lot of effort in kneading the dough).
Roll it out and press it into a round pie crust in a small bowl
Place in cupcake molds
Cored and cut the apples into pieces, add the flour and brown sugar and mix well
Add to the pie crust, being careful to try not to add the juice from the oozing apples
Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C) and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Add the ingredients for the chocolate sauce to the pan during baking and stir gently over low heat.
Just pour the chocolate sauce over the baked apple pie.
