“I wish I could have a bowl of pill soup at home!”
Here’s what I think.
So I’m ready to cook to start my childhood memories ….

How to Make Radish Ball Soup
<Prepare the marinade>
Pour the pork, soy sauce, wine, minced onion, minced ginger, and chopped coriander into a bowl and mix well.
Add the blended meat mixture and continue to add one egg and mix well. (I also put in 1/5 of a thick soup po’boy for freshness, but it doesn’t mix well, so you can leave it out)
Stir the meat mixture continuously, allowing the spices to meld with the meat mixture, until the meat mixture has a special aroma and does not smell like pork.
Next, allow the meat mixture to become a puree (as shown in the picture). (Stir the meat mixture into the meat mixture.)
Let the puree rest for at least 30 minutes, remembering to cover it with a layer of plastic wrap beforehand if marinating for more than 1 hour to keep it lightly ventilated.
<Cook the radish soup base>
Cold water in the radish slices, ginger (1 slice will do), wait for the pot to boil, skim the foam, then change to medium heat and prepare the meatballs.
Note: the radish slices should be slightly thicker cut, about 8mm; also note that do not cover the cooking.
<Squeeze the meatballs>
The Internet has very clear instructions for squeezing the meatballs, I will not put, you can search on your own, I will say a few points I do when the experience.
1) Before squeezing the meatballs, use a spoon lightly to firm them up before squeezing.
2) Since the meat mixture itself is very oily, there is no need to rub special oil on your hands.
3) The meatballs should not be crowded too much, they may not be cooked easily.
<Cook the broth >
Once the meatballs are in succession in the pot, you can start skimming until the broth is clear. Then add the bouillon, stir well and continue skimming until clear.
If you like cilantro, add the chopped cilantro at this point, I put about a handful. Pour in the light soy sauce and start seasoning.
When all the meatballs have risen to the surface, cook for another 10 minutes, I always test one to see if it is cooked.

If you like pepper, you can sprinkle some seasoning on it, and a healthy and delicious radish ball soup is ready
Mixed with rice I’m not going to be able to do that.
