How to make ravioli
To the minced meat, add the chopped green onions, chopped fungus and grated ginger – you don’t need to put too much grated ginger, just the right amount.
Add the soy sauce, peanut oil and salt, add an egg and mix in one direction.
Put a spoonful of the meat mixture into the center of the wontons, fold the wontons skin in half and press the skin with your mother’s finger to the center.
After wrapping, prepare a pot of water, boil the water, then add the ravioli, boil the water again, then use cold water, repeat 3 times, wait until the ravioli is cooked. Remove from the water after floating to the surface. (You don’t have to use 3 times if you don’t have a lot of mincemeat wrapped up)
In a bowl you can put some seaweed, parsley and green onions, pour the boiling soup and ravioli into the bowl.
