How to make leavened red bean cakes
Prepare the flour and yeast, the yeast is melted in warm water. The method of making the dough is the same as the previous buns without pictures. The pictures are of the previous buns. Because the kneading was done in the middle of the night
Put the yeast in the water and mix it with the warm water to form a wisp and then knead the dough.
Knead until it is smoother and wakes up. I made the buns at night, but in the morning the buns were already big, so I put a small pinch of baking soda paste into a drop of water to prevent the buns from being sour. Then knead it into the dough to unravel it.
Knead it smooth and pull it into a dose.
Wrap as you would a bun.
Wrap it with the closed side down.
Just press it flat with your hands, no need to roll it out.
Sprinkle with some black sesame seeds.
Heat a little oil in a pan over low heat.
Put the cakes in and let them sit, covered. Turn over for a couple of minutes.
Continue frying. Cover the pan with the lid.
Flip a few more times until the cakes are golden on both sides and ready to serve.
It is really delicious.
